If you wake up stiff, read this

The Foundation Most People Skip

Hi Reader,

If you wake up feeling stiff, tight, or like your body needs “warming up” just to function, that’s not something to ignore or push through.

It’s often a sign that key movement patterns aren’t being accessed enough in your daily life.

And the good news is: you don’t need a long workout to change it.

You just need consistency with a few fundamental movements your body is designed for.

That’s what this morning reset is about.

Your 3-step morning reset (3–5 minutes) 🌀

1. Open your hips
Your hips are designed to move in multiple directions, but modern life keeps them mostly in flexion. Opening them helps restore natural range and reduces that “stuck” feeling in the lower body.

2. Stretch your hip flexors
Tight hip flexors are one of the most common reasons people feel stiff in the morning and overworked in their lower back. Releasing them helps reduce anterior pelvic tilt and improves how your whole pelvis moves.

3. Unlock your spine
Your spine is meant to move segment by segment, not as a rigid block. Gentle spinal mobility helps restore rotation, reduce morning stiffness, and improves overall nervous system “wake-up” signaling.

Why this matters 🧠💪

These moves target three key areas that control how your entire body feels and functions:

Hips → power, gait, lower body freedom

Hip flexors → posture, pelvic alignment, lower back comfort

Spine → mobility, nervous system activation, overall fluidity of movement

When these areas are stiff, your body compensates everywhere else, which is why morning stiffness often turns into neck tension, back tightness, or feeling “off” throughout the day.

But when you restore basic movement capacity here daily, everything else becomes easier.

If you want to try it, start tomorrow morning before your day fully kicks in. It takes less time than scrolling your phone.

If you want to take this even further:

Later this week, the strength based version of this flow goes live inside the Mobility Flow Method, where we take these same concepts and build them into an active flow to strengthen those ranges.

Instead of stretchy flow, we turn them into a mobility that helps your body:
• move more efficiently throughout the day
• build strength through range
• and stop defaulting back into stiffness

If the 3-step reset feels good, this sequence will take it to another level. ✨

Chasing Flexibility Won't Fix It 👉 Watch here: 20min Daily Full Body Strength and Flexibility Hi Reader, Most people stretch regularly…And still feel tight. 😣Why? Because they’re chasing range, not control.Passive stretching can temporarily increase flexibility. But if you don’t build strength in that range, your nervous system doesn’t trust it. And what your body doesn’t trust, it tightens. 💥 That’s why you can stretch at night and wake up stiff again the next morning. You visited the range...

Why Dynamic Mobility Beats Stretching 💥 👉Watch here: 20min Full Body Mobility Flow Hi Reader, If stretching hasn’t made you feel less stiff, you’re not doing anything wrong — you’re just using the wrong tool. Static stretching can temporarily increase flexibility, but mostly by changing how much stretch you tolerate, not how well you can control that range. That’s why tightness often comes right back. Dynamic mobility works differently. It takes your joints through range with control and...
